One of the most common things you hear from people who are struggling to make good choices is “I wish I had willpower!” It’s something people wish for, and envy in those who seem to easily be able to stay on track and avoid temptations. Willpower is something we often credit for being able say no to things that we want but “shouldn’t” have.
